Free is a one-time 30-day trial, not a permanent free tier. During the trial you get 3 galleries, 5 GB of storage, and core tools (share links, selections, password protection, download control, text watermarks, bookings, CRM, income tracking, labels, and an analytics dashboard). After the trial with no paid plan, features switch off and storage and gallery limits drop to zero.
Clients open a public gallery URL — no account required. They can browse proofs, heart favourites, and submit selections. Password protection and download control are available from the trial. Commenting and flagging unlock on Basic and above. On Premium, clients can also run Gallery AI suggestions to help pick favourites.
Basic adds comments and flags, sets, video uploads (5 GB), SMS notifications from the default sender, and adaptive video. Pro adds a custom SMS sender, logo watermark on downloads, advanced analytics, trash restore, and higher limits (100 GB, 50 galleries, 10 GB video). Premium (GH₵ 120/mo or GH₵ 1,300/yr) is the top studio plan: 250 GB storage, unlimited galleries, 20 GB video, Gallery AI, a studio team of up to 10, team collaboration workspaces, and premium support.
Gallery AI is Premium-only and has two sides. Photographers can generate or improve gallery descriptions. On the public gallery, clients can start AI suggestions that analyse photos, build a diverse suggested set within the selection limit, and apply picks in one tap — or skip individually.
Team collaboration lets you create a shared shoot workspace on Gidtransfer, invite other photographers by email, and upload images among yourselves — separate from client galleries. Use it for second shooters and editors working the same job. Studio team is different: it creates assistant logins on your own account with roles and menu access (up to 10 members).
Yes on Pro and Premium. Soft-deleted items can be restored while they are still inside the restore window. Free trial and Basic do not include trash restore.
